Carter Scott - Owner
Currently in my fourth year as a Management student, I bring a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset to every project. With 2 years of hands-on experience in landscape care and labor, and an additional 3 years specializing in construction landscaping, I’ve developed expertise in building block retaining walls, paver patios, and creating functional, visually striking outdoor spaces.
Outside of work, I’m a competitive bodybuilder, which has taught me the discipline, precision, and consistency that I carry into the field every day. Whether it’s fine-tuning site details or managing the heavy lifting, I take pride in getting the job done right — the first time.
Caleb Johnson - Site Manager
Caleb Johnson brings energy, precision, and leadership to his role as Site Manager at Jacked Contracting Inc. A 19-year-old Division 1, 2 & Premiership rugby athlete and a Business Management student at UBCO. With five years of hands-on experience on the Grounds Maintenance Crew at the Vernon Golf and Country Club, he’s developed expert-level landscaping skills and a strong work ethic.
Caleb is highly proficient with both hand and power tools and is known for his intuition and exceptional eye for detail. Whether managing a team or working directly with clients, he consistently delivers top-quality results and ensures customer satisfaction is always the top priority. His commitment to excellence makes him an invaluable part of the Jacked Contracting team.
